South East Thurrock Master Plan

Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation has appointed Urban Initiatives to prepare a Master Plan to guide investment and development in South East Thurrock up to 2021.

The Master Plan is now at Preferred Option stage and has been developed following comments provided on the Master Plan Issues and Options in February this year, as well as continuing discussions with stakeholders and landowners within the area.

The Master Plan Preferred Option public consultation will run for six weeks from Monday 30 June 2008 until Monday 11 August 2008. Your comments on the Preferred Option will help us finalise the Master Plan later, which will be completed later this year.
